Who Am I?
Who Am I?
I am Edward (Ed) Dzitko.
I have been writing professionally and for fun for more than 40 years, and have been published in several newspapers in western Connecticut, in print and digital professional journals, online on high schools sports sites, and in several poetry anthologies. He also has written three poetry collections.
In the first half of my professional life, I was honored individually, and as a part of great teams, by the New England Press Association and the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.
I have experience in customer success and software training, technical documentation and script writing, podcast and video production, content repurposing, website content design and consultation, and online event production.
I’m interested in baseball, blogging, community service, football, history, local vineyards, photography, and reading.

While at QScend Technologies, I conceived of, and oversaw production of, this magazine to help market our citizen request management tool. QAlert Insider, the magazine, is one of the ways we packaged our existing content. The QAlert Insider brand was also a blog and a podcast.

We built these e-books to help people understand what they needed to do to tailor their version of QAlert to their municipality's needs. The white paper was an in-depth advice piece about the value of municipal call centers, especially when using the most cost-ffective solution on the market.
