In Little Poland, in downtown New Britain, CT, the Polish festival returned after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The event had been drawing nearly 20,000 people to this area of the city, where shops remained open for business or manned booth outside their front doors, and other vendors and sponsors staffed booths along the street.
At 75 degrees, it was a great day to be outside, under a wispy blue sky.
