In this two-week period, here's what's been on tap:
Audio - I go through spurts listening to podcasts, even though there are a lot I have subscribed to. With no drive to the office, I've fallen behind. So I'm catching up with Criminal, perhaps my all-time favorite, and its sister, This is Love. This time around they are truly connected, with two wolf stories from a late 2019 trip to Yellowstone. Great stuff.Book (pleasure) - In Cold Blood, by Truman Capote, which I had been considering every now and then over the years, but never jumped into. The fact that it was a selection choice for the first part of the summer with the Rutgers Alumni Association Book Club finally pushed me over the hump.
Book (work) - They Ask You Answer for work. I heard Marcus Sheridan speak in a couple of virtual summits shortly after the COVID-19 shutdown started in May, and I finally bought the book. It was a good follow up to Inbound Content that I read last month (and for which I also completed a Hubspot Academy certification).
Music - Pitbull, and a few other things I since added to this playlist, like some throwbacks to MC Hammer and the Beastie Boys. This is all the hip-hop I do.
Video - Any YouTube video leading up the release of Hamilton on Disney+. There have been plenty as the countdown is on to the movie version of the stage show. Hope you’re all getting stoked.
